Why Suffering Belongs at the Table
Theology can sound thin when someone is in pain. But pain talked about in community, with people who listen instead of fixing, sounds different. A Table Talk on suffering doesn't try to solve suffering. It honors it. And it makes room for the radical claim that the Christian story makes: that God didn't avoid suffering, he entered it.
